Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Infant Nursery Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high‑quality care and learning experiences for infants while supporting and mentoring less experienced teachers in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for infants to learn, play and grow.
  • Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Support the center’s success, partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Genuine passion for caring for and educating infants.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Infant Lead Teacher.
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (preferred) or High School Diploma/GED (required).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and mentor other teachers.
Additional Requirements

Candidates must meet all applicable state licensing requirements for childcare professionals.
