Training Commitment &

Schedule:

To set our Swim Teachers up for success, FOSS provides structured, cohort-based training focused on our Swim Path Curriculum. This training is designed to build both teaching skills and team connection, and consistent attendance is expected. New hires must be able to commit to one full cohort and attend all scheduled sessions.

Training sessions will be held at our Lone Tree, CO location:

Cohort 3:
August 10 - August 29

• Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:30pm

Love working with kids? We'll teach you how to teach swimming.

No teaching experience required—we provide paid training. As a Swim Teacher at Foss Swim School
, you'll help children gain confidence and life-saving water safety skills while building a rewarding career.

Great Experience to Bring

Experience in childcare, coaching, education, camps, customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, or similar roles is a plus—but not required.

• Teach small classes of 1–4 students using our curriculum.
• Help kids gain confidence and life-saving water safety skills.
• Encourage progress, celebrate milestones, and build lasting relationships with students and families.

• Are comfortable working in the water for several hours.
