MEP Superintendent

Travelling MEP Superintendent. Up to $160,000 base plus bonus, full per diem, and flights home most weekends.

We are hiring a Travelling MEP Superintendent for a well-established commercial GC running a strong backlog of mid to large-scale projects across the US. This is a road warrior role for someone who likes being in the field on new sites, with a fresh project every 6 to 18 months.

You will run MEP from underground to closeout on ground-up commercial builds across healthcare, data centers, advanced manufacturing, and large mixed-use. That means coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls trades, driving the MEP schedule, leading trade contractor meetings, running constructability reviews, and owning commissioning handoff. You will be the senior MEP voice on site, working alongside the Project Super and PM.

We need 8+ years running MEP scopes on commercial construction projects, and a strong HVAC background is non-negotiable. You should be comfortable reading mechanical drawings, talking through equipment selections, sequencing chiller and AHU installs, and troubleshooting startup issues. Ideally you have been the lead MEP super on at least one project north of $50M. You will need to be happy living out of a hotel Monday to Thursday or longer where the project demands.

Procore, Bluebeam, and pull planning experience expected. OSHA 30 minimum.

On offer is a base salary up to $160,000 depending on experience, annual bonus tied to project performance, full per diem, travel, lodging and rental car covered, flights home most weekends, vehicle allowance or company truck, and full health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match. There is a pipeline of projects already lined up so no gaps between assignments.
