We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator I who is bilingual to join our healthcare team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing support in both English and [Second Language]. - Greet and assist patients in person or over the phone
- Schedule appointments and arrange referrals as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow
- Adhere to confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
This position will primarily be based in a healthcare facility, such as a clinic or hospital. The role may require occasional work on evenings or weekends to accommodate patient needs.
