Responsibilities- Perform various types of massage techniques.
- Recommend and sell products to clients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring treatment rooms are tidy.
- Keep accurate records of the clients treatments and progress.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques through continuous education and training.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Perform up to 6 treatments daily.
- Ensure adherence to Chamonix Spa Salon guest service and journey rules.
- Maintain and follow Chamonix Spa Salon luxury standards.
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards, health standards, and internal policies and procedures.
- Perform special projects as needed.
- Must have the ability to develop new clients and return business by providing the highest level of customer service and utilizing effective sales techniques.
- Must be currently licensed by the Colorado State Board of Massage Therapists.
- Demonstrated experience working in a spa or salon.
- Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure.
- One (1) or more years of recent and related massage experience with extensive knowledge of various massage techniques.
Compensation: $18.00+ an hour based on experience plus gratuities, service commissions, and sales commissions.
