Job DescriptionOther duties as assigned. Utilizes time, personnel, equipment, and supplies effectively to provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care. Manages resources and patient flow by matching nursing competencies with individualized patient and unit needs. Uses standards of care, hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to guide practice. Assesses patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records and clinical data.
Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards. Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection. Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient. Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluates the effectiveness of teaching.
Recognizes the patient or designee as a full partner in providing compassionate and coordinated care based on respect for the patient’s preferences, values, and needs. Delivers relationship-based care, engaging patients in all aspects of care with respect for cultural differences and diversity. Delegates tasks to non‑RN personnel in accordance with State Board of Nursing and hospital policy.

- High level of abstract reasoning to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise the plan of care according to patient outcomes
- Critical care experience
- Advanced IV skill set (preferred)
- Experience with electronic medical records (preferred)
- Associate’s of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor’s of Nursing [Preferred]
- N/A
- 1+ experience preferred nursing skills and knowledge base specific to interventional radiology [Preferred]

- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range$34.26 - $59.24
