As a PSR Therapist, you'll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence based services that promote recovery, independence, and community integration. You'll work with adults facing behavioral health challenges by providing therapy, education, skill development, and connection to essential supports - helping clients strengthen their capacity to manage daily life and achieve personal recovery goals.
This role offers the opportunity to build longterm therapeutic relationships while delivering structured, goal oriented services that address social, emotional, behavioral, and functional needs.
What You'll Do- Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessment, counseling, and evidence based therapeutic interventions to individuals and groups using strengthbased and recovery oriented models.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, evaluations, crisis intervention, and psychotherapy services for adults with mental and behavioral health needs.
- Administer standardized screening tools to identify behavioral health and substance use concerns.
- Support clients with symptom reduction related to anxiety, depression, traumarelated symptoms, insomnia, stress management, and emotional dysregulation.
- Utilize evidence based treatment approaches such as CBT, solution focused therapy, behavioral activation, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and health psychology.
- Provide integrated care for individuals managing chronic physical health conditions alongside behavioral, cognitive, or social challenges.
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to address social determinants of health, basic needs, and barriers impacting treatment outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and measurable recovery goals.
- Link clients to case management services, community resources, and natural supports to enhance stability and independence.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation in the electronic health record.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review caseloads, treatment progress, and clinical recommendations.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a clinical behavioral health setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic engagement skills with diverse populations.
- Working knowledge of DSM5 and recovery oriented, trauma informed care principles.
- Experience utilizing evidence based counseling models aligned with client needs and treatment goals.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and PCbased applications including Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication, sound clinical judgment, effective problem solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.

Compensation:LSW, LPCC, MFTC: $60,000 - $63,000 annually
LMFT, LPC, LCSW: $68,000 - $72,000 annually
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the All Health Network hiring salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the All Health Network mission and values.The range listed is just one component of All Health Networks' total compensation package for employees.
