Overview

Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa rests on 180 acres in the red rock canyons of western Colorado. 72 room luxury Resort with amenities that include lodging, dining, UTV and Jeep tours, horseback riding, full service spa & air tours. Our HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting HR functions and processes, including housing, that help create a positive work environment for our associates.
Responsibilities- Access all functions of computer system
- Assist in planning/coordinating associate events/activities.
- Conduct monthly safety meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of associate and Resort records.
- Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and associate morale.
- Accurate and timely completion of paperwork.
- Understand and enforcement of company policies.
- Assist in general HR functions and responsibilities.
- Assist in Resort housing, coordinating repairs, assist in resolving issues; routine inspections and documentation of housing/furnishings.
- Other duties as reasonably requested.
- Seasonal position - $17.00/hour

- Experience in Hospitality Industry in similar position
- Strong and effective communicator
- Professional presentation
- Previous guest relations training
- Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales systems.
