About The Position

The Strategic Advisor III position will support the success of the Global Advisory Services business unit. This position will be responsible for owning or contributing to the design, development, and execution of projects and activities that contribute to the success of the business unit.

We are looking for someone who is highly detailed and enthusiastic about Great Place To Work®’s mission to help every place become a great place to work For All. This person should have a history of building and sustaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels and experience creating high-quality data-driven client deliverables in a very fast-paced and highly agile environment.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who brings a positive and inspiring attitude to our team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. This person will be a crucial member of the team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering key deliverables for Great Place To Work’s most complex and influential accounts. As a result, this individual must have a high level of self-initiative, excellent follow-through, and strong problem-solving skills.

You will:
  • Work independently to support and deliver defined work streams within complex, short- and medium-term client engagements, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery aligned to Global Advisory Services’ work plans and customer needs.

Analyze large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data into clear, compelling insights and strategic recommendations, translating findings into executive-ready narratives that enable informed decision-making and organizational change.

Apply Great Place To Work® methodologies, frameworks, and points of view fluently, alongside relevant organizational development and business principles, to develop differentiated client insights across core research areas, including workplace trust, leadership behaviors, employee experience, employee resource groups, AI, and well-being.
