Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers – Colorado Golf Club
Location: Douglas County, Colorado
Position: 10 Temporary / Full‑Time positions (no education or experience required)
Responsibilities- Sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.
- Repairing course sand bunkers, edging around bunkers, placing or moving golf hole cups, fine trimming of greens and cleaning up all trimmings.
- Operating large fairway mowers at various grass required lengths, sprinkler system repairs and tee box maintenance.

- Regular hours guaranteed: 40 per week
- Workdays:
Monday to Friday (shift time may vary) - Shift time: 04:30 a.m. – 02:30 p.m.
- Lift and sustain 50 lbs
- On‑the‑job training available
- Starting wage: $22.08 per hour to $25.00 per hour
- Overtime wage: $33.12 per hour to $37.50 per hour (subject to OTO)
- Wages paid bi‑weekly
- Background check required, all post‑hire
- Potential raises, bonuses, or incentives based on tenure, experience, or job performance
- Health benefits available after 30 days of employment
- Daily subsistence: $16.28 per day during travel, up to $68.00 per day with receipts
- Employer provides all tools, supplies, and equipment needed for the job
- Workers reimbursed in the first work week for visa and border crossing fees, inbound transportation, daily subsistence, and hotel costs from the worker’s place of origin to the employer’s place of business
- Employer responsible for inbound transportation costs for the first work week to ensure wages do not fall below the FLSA minimum wage
- Charter bus services or other transportation modes for groups of H‑2B or U.S. workers; workers may choose their own means of transportation with reimbursement at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier charges
- Transportation and subsistence reimbursement after 50% of the contract period; outbound transportation and subsistence provided if the worker completes the contract or is terminated without cause
- Daily meal subsistence paid in accordance with FLSA requirements
