** Holman Honda Centennial has an outstanding opportunity for a Body Shop Manager to join their team and the Holman Family!
* Analyze comeback reports and implement corrective measures to address any deficiencies in service quality.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of repair orders, invoices, estimates, and supplements, adhering to established billing and filing protocols.
* Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate technician productivity and efficiency.
* Implement structured development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of technicians.
* Conduct comprehensive reviews of business performance in collaboration with including Estimators and Shop Foreman.
* Maintain oversight of repair orders, follow-up systems, and facility cleanliness to uphold operational excellence.
* Establish robust quality control mechanisms to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
