The Manager of Compliance is responsible for ensuring all applicable regulations as they apply to our PASA and Class B Home Care operations are fully implemented. The Manager of Compliance will work closely with CO department leaders to ensure identified areas of vulnerability are appropriately resolved. Also, the Manager of Compliance will take the lead during State Surveys to ensure surveyors receive requested documents in a timely manner.
In addition, the Manager of Compliance is responsible for ensuring thorough and complete onboarding and initial training of all new employees and Independent Contractors, as well as ensuring compliance with yearly training requirements as stipulated by HCPF, CDPHE, and Federal regulations, as well as TTR policy.
Salary Range:$65,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually
