Job Title:
Wire Harness Assembler
Join our team in building wire harnesses for leading Aerospace and Defense companies. You will be responsible for assembling prepared materials such as wire, cable, and sleeving materials, along with other components, following IPC
620/Mil‑Spec workmanship standards and customer requirements. This role includes performing various manual tasks such as loading connectors, twisting wire/cable, installing labels and ty‑wraps, potting, soldering, and assembly preparation. You will also operate stripping machines and other manual tools.
- Verify traveler documentation for accuracy, including part numbers, revisions, and quantities.
- Check materials provided for physical damage or defects.
- Prepare cables by cutting, de‑jacketing, and stripping.
- Perform basic assembly tasks, including loading connectors, applying labels, and applying heat shrink.
- Assemble harnesses using a board.
- Sign work order traveler after completing processes.
- Ensure all materials are properly identified and packaged safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure a safe working environment and report any potential hazards.
- Be punctual in attendance and adhere to scheduled breaks and lunch.
- Additional duties may be assigned as required.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and follow established manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Three to five months of related experience and/or training in the electronics field.
- IPC 620/610 and J‑STD‑001 certification is preferred.
- Skills in assembly, blueprint reading, crimping, soldering, electronic assembly, wiring, harness assembly, labeling, and schematic interpretation.

Work EnvironmentWork in a new manufacturing facility with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. The role requires standing, sitting, and walking for several hours at a time, and the ability to carry up to 20 lbs. Safety is a priority, and employees are expected to actively participate in safety improvement activities.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
