Description

Daily, acute care environment within the Surgical Progressive Care Unit (SPCU). Provide top‑scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process and AACN’s Synergy Model. Work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritizing patient wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Precept new staff and embrace a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment. Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.

Location & Department

UCHealth Anschutz Pavilion – Aurora, Department of Surgical Progressive Care (SPCU).

Work Schedule
  • Full Time, 72.00 hours per 2‑week pay period
  • Day/Night rotation or Nights
Assignments

13‑week assignments available with options for extension.

Compensation

$50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend.

Minimum Requirements
  • CO RN license or eNLC privileges
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • ACLS certification
  • BLS certification via American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • CPR for Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date
