Location: Advent Health Parker, 9395 Crown Crest Blvd, Parker, CO 80138
Schedule: Full time, 7p‑7a, 36 hours per week
Rate: $80/hr + shift differential, holiday pay

13 weeks with possible extensions
Pay Range: $15.00 – $130.00

Responsibilities- Demonstrate critical thinking skills appropriate to the patient’s level of care.
- Collect and document patient health data systematically and timely.
- Conduct thorough, ongoing assessments of patients, analyze assessment data, and develop individualized, evidence‑based plans of care to optimize outcomes in alignment with interdisciplinary goals.
- Implement interventions from the plan of care safely, timely, and appropriately, documenting actions taken.
- Collaborate and promote timely patient placement by following hospital policy for patient admission, discharge, and transfer.
- Participate in peer interviewing and peer review processes as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
- Use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise plans of care according to patient outcomes.
- Basic computer skills – navigate Microsoft Windows‑based programs.
- Fluency in English (reading, verbal and written).
- Chemo certification.
- Associate's of Nursing (required).
- 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting (required).
- Registered Nurse (RN) – required.
- Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – required.
- Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC) – preferred.
