Role Overview

This onsite Registered Nurse position involves providing high-quality patient care in acute care settings, primarily in specialty Med-Surg units with moderate to high patient acuity. The nurse will utilize the nursing process to deliver direct care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, prioritize patient wellness, and support evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include patient assessments, administering treatments, and guiding new staff or students through precepting.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous learning within a fast-paced environment.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• State RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 6 months of RN experience.

• Deliver comprehensive patient care utilizing clinical skills.
• Support a team-based approach to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Contribute to safety and quality standards at the point of care.
• Participate in specialty education and competency validation.
