Life Care Center of Stonegate is seeking an experienced Unit Care Coordinator (RN) to supervise and coordinate patient care on a busy unit. The incumbent will lead nurses and CNAs, ensure timely charting, and coordinate services with physicians and families.
The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and CPR certification; previous geriatric nursing experience is preferred. The position is full-time, on-site, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and hourly pay.
