What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)
Administer Medications Safely & Accurately
  • Assist residents with self‑administration of medications following physician orders and community protocols.
  • Document medication administration and maintain accurate records per state and community regulations.
  • Report medication errors, refusals, or resident concerns promptly and professionally.
Support Resident Health & Comfort
  • Observe residents for side effects or changes in condition and report findings to nursing or clinical leadership.
  • Provide daily care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
  • Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and families.
Be a Reliable Team Player
  • Work alongside nurses, CNAs, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Assist with training new team members and help maintain a positive, respectful work environment.
  • Help with light housekeeping or meal assistance when needed to support the team.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Big Heart & Sharp Eye)
Licensure & Credentials
  • Active QMAP certification in the state of employment required.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in assisted living or long‑term care preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, kind, and focused in high‑pressure situations.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents throughout your shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and support resident transfers safely.

Schedule
  • Full‑Time NOC: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
