We are seeking a
Registered Nurse - Emergency Assistant Manager
to lead emergency department operations in a busy hospital setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing clinical staff and ensuring quality patient care
- Coordinating emergency services and managing staff schedules
- Supporting trauma and critical care operations
- Promoting compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- RN Diploma or higher from an accredited nursing school
- Active, unencumbered RN license in Colorado
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in emergency, trauma, or critical care settings preferred
