APEX Family Practice and Urgent Care PLLC is seeking a part-time () Nurse Practitioner to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in an onsite clinical setting in Parker, CO.

Position Summary

The Nurse Practitioner will provide patient-centered care for individuals and families across a range of routine and urgent healthcare needs. This role partners closely with the care team to assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and ensure safe, timely treatment.

In this part-time onsite position, you will help maintain strong clinical standards, support continuity of care, and contribute to a positive patient experience through clear communication and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and clinical documentation

  • Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans in alignment with established protocols and clinical best practices

  • Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic testing as appropriate to patient needs

  • Provide patient education on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and follow-up care

  • Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other team members to support safe and efficient workflows

Required Qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner licensure with eligibility to practice in Colorado

  • Clinical experience providing direct patient care, including assessment and treatment planning

  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to prioritize care based on patient acuity

  • Ability to document accurately and maintain clear, timely medical records

  • Professional communication skills with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in primary care and/or urgent care settings

  • Familiarity with managing a broad range of common acute and chronic conditions

  • Experience supporting care continuity through follow-ups and coordinated referrals

  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and clinical quality

Compensation

Hourly rate: $55 - $66 plus RVUs bonus after initial 6 months from hire
