Registered Nurse - Acute Care Cardiology Nights

This position involves providing direct, high-quality nursing care in a Cardiology Medicine Unit, utilizing the nursing process within an acute care setting. The role emphasizes a multidisciplinary team approach, evidence-based practice, and patient-centered care to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Delivering top-of-scope patient care, including specialty acute care for patients with moderate to high acuity.
• Precepting and mentoring new healthcare staff and promoting a culture of safety and quality.
• Contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care through evidence-based practices.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
• ACLS certification within one year of hire and BLS certification prior to start.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
