RN Hospital Float Pool Night Shift

This role is for a registered nurse specializing in Women & Infants care, including units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Birth Center, Women's Care, and NICU.

• Provide expert patient care using the nursing process, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, prioritize wellness and evidence-based practices, model proficiency through precepting, support a safe and quality-focused environment, and contribute to positive patient outcomes.

• Must have a valid RN license, graduate from an accredited nursing program, and relevant certifications such as NRP, BLS, and others as needed.
• Experience in Women & Infants nursing or completion of a fellowship is required.

• Deliver direct patient care aligned with standards, support clinical education and competency validation, and uphold safety and quality at the point of care.
