• Assist with day‑to‑day labor services and maintenance in any combination of general maintenance, horticulture, turfgrass, athletic operations, mowing, irrigation, trail, open space, and tree and shrub.
• Assist with set up, tear down, and general custodial duties for special events.
• Operate and maintain assigned equipment; make minor mechanical adjustments.
• Maintain records of assignments completed.
• Perform snow removal of parking lots, sidewalks, and trails as needed.
• Provide traffic control by flagging and setting appropriate devices as needed.
• Comply with all organizational values, policies, and procedures.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License issued by the State of Colorado for the type of vehicle or equipment operated; safe driving record and a minimum of two (2) years of driving history.

• Ability to perform assigned work independently with direction.
• Ability to adhere to all applicable work safety rules, procedures, and equipment operations as presented.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions and report operations both verbally and in written form.
• Ability to operate small/light equipment, such as power tools.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with other staff and the public.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check.
