Job Description

We are seeking qualified customer service representatives with strong people skills to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The role may be part‑time or full‑time and offers opportunities for career advancement.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Expedite orders to delivery and carry‑out vehicles.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Employees may be exposed to:

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F to over 90 °F.
• Sudden temperature changes while inside and outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing most of the time; short periods of walking.
• Walking on surfaces such as ceramic tile, brick, or linoleum.
• Performing lifting activities: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb, lifting items to shelves up to 72 in.
• Carrying: large cans (≈3 lb), pizza sauce (≈30 lb), trays of dough (≈12 lb each).
• Pushing and pulling trays on dollies (up to 7.5 lb force).
• Climbing stairs or ladder infrequently.
• Stooping/bending at waist during pizza assembly; repeating for 30‑45 s intervals.
• Crouching/squatting occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas.
• Reaching up to 72 in and down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal, washing dishes, and operating controls.
• Frequent eye‑hand coordination, use of hands for shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel, cutting, and assembling boxes.

Team members will use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
