• Minimum 1 year of related experience in motorcycle parts, retail, or service.
• Exceptional computer and phone communication skills.
• Ability to manage and follow up on email, text, and call campaigns with minimal direction.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles and customer service.

• Starting pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience).
• Commission opportunities and the potential for full-time hours after 90 days.
