Job Description

• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their needs and concerns.
• Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
• Follow up with customers post-booking confirmation, coordinating with the operation team.
• Prepare traffic checks with HOD and seek approval for Forwarding Service, Rail, and multimodal transport customers, with daily follow-up to secure business.
• Conduct and follow up on customer bookings confirmed by the Marketing team, and inform the Operation team for the operational process.
• Trace shipments from start to finish, resolving customer and operational issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for HOD using Excel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing, preferably in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Distribution coordination.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Preferable experience in Logistic & Distribution Sector.
