This is a field-based, face‑to‑face sales role
. You’ll be:

• Cultivating, managing customer relationships, and following up on leads.
• Knocking on residential doors in storm‑affected areas.
• Educating homeowners on damage, the insurance claims process, and next steps.
• Performing property inspections, including climbing roofs.
• Meeting with insurance adjusters to ensure accurate scope.
• Creating and documenting scopes of work, managing jobs from sale to finish.
• Communicating with our internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Marketing door‑to‑door with prospective clients and networking with professionals in your area.
• Generating your own leads daily… company leads are reserved for top performers.

You’ll be working in and around Denver, Arvada, Lakewood, Broomfield, Thornton, Westminster, Ft. Collins, and surrounding metro areas
.

This is a hybrid position, reporting in the office daily, and mixing that with time in the field.

This position offers a base salary + commission with uncapped income potential — your hustle drives your paycheck.

• Top reps earn: $150,000–$180,000+
• Compensation during training is provided.
