Financial Services Representative

Gavin Heath is partnering with a client in Parker, CO looking to add a Financial Services Representative to their team. The role is a Direct Hire position.

This individual will be responsible for developing new client relationships, supporting investment planning activities, opening and servicing accounts, and helping clients identify financial and insurance solutions aligned to their goals. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of sales ability, customer relationship management, and financial services knowledge, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities :
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client relationship development
  • Conduct customer-focused, needs-based conversations regarding insurance and financial services solutions
  • Support investment planning activities and assist clients with identifying appropriate financial products and services
  • Open new accounts and assist with account funding, servicing, maintenance, and annual reviews
  • Facilitate suitability discussions and support trade-related activities in accordance with licensing and compliance requirements
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and maintain ongoing client communication
  • Quote and onboard new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the Agent to establish and achieve marketing and business development goals
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow agency procedures and compliance standards
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and relationship management throughout the client lifecycle
Qualifications :
  • Active Series 65 license required
  • Life & Health license required or ability to obtain
  • Prior experience in financial services, insurance sales, investment services, banking, or a related client-facing sales environment preferred
  • Demonstrated success meeting sales goals, quotas, or business development targets preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client interactions and administrative tasks
  • Comfortable discussing financial products, insurance solutions, and customer needs in a consultative manner
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems, CRM platforms, and client account management tools preferred
