  • Expected earnings: $100,000 – $200,000+ annually (commission + incentives)

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC system needs and present replacement options
  • Generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads
  • Perform in-home equipment evaluations and provide accurate recommendations
  • Clearly explain system features, benefits, and pricing options
  • Build trust with customers and deliver an exceptional consultative sales experience
  • Coordinate project details with installation teams after closing sales
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay current on products and sales strategies
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC replacement sales experience
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM preferred
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, email, and digital tools
  • Valid driver's license and professional appearance
