Compensation & Benefits- Expected earnings: $100,000 – $200,000+ annually (commission + incentives)

- Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC system needs and present replacement options
- Generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads
- Perform in-home equipment evaluations and provide accurate recommendations
- Clearly explain system features, benefits, and pricing options
- Build trust with customers and deliver an exceptional consultative sales experience
- Coordinate project details with installation teams after closing sales
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay current on products and sales strategies
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC replacement sales experience
- Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed revenue goals
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM preferred
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, email, and digital tools
- Valid driver's license and professional appearance
