This is an exciting time to join Audi Parker. As the only OEM-sanctioned Audi facility in Parker, we have built a strong presence in Douglas County — and we believe our biggest opportunities are still ahead of us.
We are currently undergoing a major renovation that will transform our facility and elevate the experience we provide our customers and our team. We're looking for an eager, hungry Sales Manager who sees the opportunity in this moment: someone who can lead through transition, build momentum during construction, and help grow a team that is ready for bigger and brighter things.
Audi Parker is already a powerhouse in the market. We're looking for a leader who is ready to help us take it to the next level.
What You'll Make:
This is a commission-only position. Compensation is earned through commissions on vehicle sales in accordance with the dealership's commission plan. While earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on individual performance, employees in this role have historically earned between $80,000 and $200,000 annually.
Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 5 years of previous automotive sales experience is required
- 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred
- 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
- Build relationships with customers to establish a customer network.
- Provide training and support for the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
- Works with salespeople on programs to increase sales and helps close deals when necessary.
