Enrollment Specialist

Can you turn a curious parent into an excited "Where do I sign?"

Rocky Mountain Preschool is looking for an experienced Enrollment Specialist who knows childcare, loves connecting with families, and has a proven track record in sales.

This is not a "learn as you go" sales role. We want someone who has done this before, knows how to follow up, and can show us the numbers behind their success.

• Connect with families by phone, email, text, and in person
• Schedule and lead school tours
• Help parents understand what makes our program special
• Follow up consistently without sounding pushy
• Turn qualified leads into enrollments
• Track tours, conversions, and results
• Share what is working and where we can improve

• Have childcare, preschool, admissions, enrollment, or service-based sales experience
• Know how to build trust quickly
• Are comfortable asking for the enrollment
• Love a good follow-up plan
• Can talk about your past sales results using real numbers
• Have used a CRM, enrollment system, or lead tracker

• How many leads you managed
• Your closing or enrollment rate
• The goals you were responsible for
• How you tracked your success
• How you helped grow enrollment, occupancy, or revenue

Friendly and organized is great. Friendly, organized, and able to close is even better.
