Front Desk & Membership Sales (Afternoons​/Evenings​/Weekends

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Club Pilates Parker, an independently owned studio. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in achieving the studio's sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility will be sales and customer relations to ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Position Type: Part Time — weekday afternoons and evenings, plus weekends

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Ability to be on your feet for much of a shift
• Attend special events and trainings as needed
• Pilates experience preferred but not required — we will train you

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale
• Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the studio
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
• Book quality appointments and follow up with prospective members
• Reach out to current members who haven't been in recently to support retention
• Participate in community events and studio-hosted themed events to promote the studio and build our member community
• Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment, including basic end-of-shift cleaning
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills; other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• This position offers an hourly wage of $20.00/hr plus 10% commission paid on sales
