Sales Associate – Handyman

• Conduct on-site visits with homeowners in Douglas County and Southern Denver Metro
• Take measurements and photos and prepare proposals using estimating software
• Present estimates, communicate company value, and close and book jobs
• Sell jobs at or above the company’s target gross profit
• Build referral relationships with Realtors, property managers, and local business owners
• Handle customer questions, concerns, warranty issues, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with office and field staff for smooth project execution

• Must live in or around Douglas County, CO
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and automobile insurance
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with CRM systems, estimating software, and Microsoft Office
• Preferred background in home improvement, construction sales, remodeling, or project management
• Independent, reliable, and able to manage time with minimal oversight
• Travel to job sites is required
• More than 5 years’ experience in sales, home improvement estimating, or customer service is asked in the application form

Demonstrates expertise in sales and customer service within the home improvement industry, with a strong ability to utilize estimating software and CRM systems for effective project management and client communication.
