Hiring throughout the Castle Rock area, including surrounding communities.

Important: This position services the Castle Rock, CO market
. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Parker, CO office
. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Parker office as required.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Castle Rock market

Experience: Experienced sales professional preferred; roofing experience is a plus

• Meet with homeowners to identify roofing and exterior restoration needs and opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and establish trust throughout the sales process.
• Conduct property inspections and assess potential exterior restoration needs.
• Present solutions confidently and professionally.
• Lead customers through the sales process from initial appointment through project completion.
• Handle questions and objections while keeping opportunities moving forward.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and ownership of customer relationships.
• Manage and develop an active sales pipeline.
• Use company-provided technology and tools to document customer and project information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support a successful customer experience.

Experience in outside sales, D2D, roofing, home improvement, solar, insurance, automotive, telecommunications, or other performance-driven sales environments is highly valued.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Outside sales or D2D experience strongly preferred.
• Roofing or home improvement experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
