About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our growing team at Showroom Garage Flooring. As a leader in residential and commercial epoxy and polyaspartic flooring, we need someone who can take charge of installation projects, ensure top-quality results, and lead a small crew with professionalism and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the installation of polyaspartic and epoxy floor coatings
• Supervise and train installation team members
• Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Communicate with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in floor coating or related construction work
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to craftsmanship
