We are looking for people who aspire to become licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technicians — people with strong mechanical aptitude and a self‑starter attitude who can adapt to our standards of conduct while working as part of a team in a safety‑oriented environment. • Perform general mechanical functions on aircraft and related systems.
• Removal and installation of panels and components.
• Repair work and sheet metal repair or installation.
• Troubleshooting assistance of systems on the aircraft when designated.
• Inspection and evaluation of the aircraft and components when designated.
• Aircraft movement, assistance in performance runs and taxiing when required.
• Maintenance and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling when required.
• Basic computer skills to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
• Effectively and clearly communicate (speak, write, read) in English.
• Any other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

A high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.

• Technicians with no A&P license.
• Limited to no prior experience in aviation.
• Prior experience in military aviation or with general mechanical background is preferred.
• These technicians require direct task supervision per the FAA.

We’re looking for team players who are self‑motivated and able to perform in a fast‑paced environment where working under specific deadlines and time constraints will be common.

• Attend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments.
• Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work each day.
• Perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
• Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties.
• Maintain customer‑oriented work habits.

• Lifts 50 lbs.
• Routine walking, bending and squatting or sitting.
• Routine or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands.
• Climb ladders and stairs, work in small, restricted areas.
• Standing for long periods of time.

• Understanding and implementation of regulations and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot or evaluate system operation.
• Work with others in a professional manner.

Work under supervision of assigned Team Leader and Director of Maintenance. May be directed to supervise other technicians in some capacity.

Work is performed in a hangar environment subject to extreme temperature variations from very cold to very hot. Work outside during aircraft runs will occur. Varied positions in and around the aircraft.

• Personal hand tools supplied by the mechanic.
