We are looking to speak with an experienced craftsman in Parker who has experience as a Remodeler, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Mason, Installer or any skilled tradesman.
Job Summary- Cut, shape, and install building materials during construction, remodeling, or repair in residential and light commercial settings.
- Work regularly with wood, plywood, and wallboard fixtures.
- Determine and identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects.
- Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot issues, and present work orders.
- Competency in general building trades.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Own tools, vehicle, and references.
- Own smartphone and internet access.
- Competitive pay—$25.00 to $37.50 per hour.
- Steady job flow.
- Independent contractor with flexible, part‑time schedule.
