We are actively hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting, hands‑on work, and delivering great customer experiences.

• Up to $120,000 annually (based on experience)

• Full‑time, Monday–Friday
• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime, nights, and weekends during peak seasons
• On‑call rotation every 4–8 weeks (premium pay)

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, and related systems
• Communicate clearly with homeowners
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Type II certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to commute to Parker, CO
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills

• NATE certification
• Additional HVAC training or certifications
