The Pinery Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and safety-conscious Swim Instructor to join our aquatics team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to members of all ages and skill levels in a positive, engaging, and professional manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, friendly, and passionate about teaching water safety and swimming techniques in a private club setting.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Conduct group and private swim lessons for children and adults
* Develop and follow structured lesson plans based on skill levels and goals
* Ensure the safety of all swimmers by maintaining vigilant supervision and enforcing pool rules
* Communicate progress and feedback with parents and participants
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment
* Assist with swim team practices, special events, or clinics as needed
* Serve as a positive role model and uphold the club’s values and standards of member service

* Qualifications:

*** Previous swim instruction experience preferred
* Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding (WSI certification is a plus)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for working with children and families### Pay Range: $14.81 - $26.00
