We are looking for qualified drivers to staff stores. We have many opportunities for growth — from management to franchise ownership.

You must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.

Other deliver‑to‑door duties include:

• Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and grow to become franchise owners, general managers, or corporate operations managers.

General job duties for all store team members include:

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training:
Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Communication skills:
Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential functions/skills:

• Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands to make precise movements quickly.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure possibilities include:

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions outdoors.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to above 90°F.
• Sudden changes in temperature.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including a walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing:
Talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid‑range vision for store tasks, depth perception, ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position.

Walking:
Short distances for short durations on various surfaces; weight of work surfaces 36" to 48".

Sitting:
Paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table.

Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries unloaded by hand truck; cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.

Carrying:
Large cans (~3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lb), and trays of dough (~12 lb per tray) carried over short distances.

Pushing:
Trays on dollies (24"–30") requiring up to 7.5 lb of force.

Climbing:
Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance and price changes.

Deliver product to door and flyers/hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.

Carrying, driving, and walking are required during delivery; may include climbing stairs.

Far vision and night vision for safe driving.
