Delivery Specialist

Route:
Parker to Denver - 86 miles (11:00 AM start, M-F)

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Rapid Medical is a tech-forward logistics partner for labs, clinics, and health systems — operating across various states and managing thousands of daily stops that keep healthcare running.

• Daily rate: $102.00 per day
• Weekly bonus opportunity: earn an additional $25–$100 per week based on your route
• Sign-On Bonus:
  Receive up to $150 upon successful completion of your first 30 days, provided you remain active and in good standing.
• Instant cash out upon route completion or bi-weekly direct deposit.

• Report to the dispatch location to pick up supplies and materials for the route.
• Use the driver app to navigate, view stop details, schedule, and receive real‑time dispatch support.
• Document all pickups and deliveries with photos and proof of delivery (POD) through the app.
• Handle specimens carefully, respecting scheduled pickup times and time‑sensitivity.
• Maintain temperature control per specimen requirements.
• Notify dispatch immediately if items are damaged, improperly packaged, or if any issue occurs.

• Personal vehicle in good working condition (lease, owned, or rental). Vehicle model year 2016 or newer preferred.
• Valid driver's license, up-to-date registration, and active auto insurance in your name.
• Compatible smartphone (iOS 13+ or Android 11+).
• Reliable data connection for app use.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Satisfactory driving record (MVR).
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 25 lbs.
• Prior experience in delivery, rideshare, or medical courier services is a plus.

• Rapid Medical branded shirt and bag at no cost.
• Full onboarding, including app walkthrough, route preview, and protocol training.
• Real‑time dispatch support throughout the route.

• Arrive on time.
• Conduct yourself professionally at all pickup and delivery locations.
• Inspect specimen count and packaging; never leave specimens in a hot vehicle.
• Contact dispatch immediately if items are damaged, improperly packaged, or if any issue occurs.
