Construction Project Manager

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for construction and project execution? Manpower is seeking seasoned Project Manager for our client, a reputable construction company in Parkersburg, WV. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate commercial and/or residential construction projects from start to finish.

Pay: 50-100k based on experience.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects

+ Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

+ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

+ Monitor job site safety and compliance

+ Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and clients

* ** Qualifications*
* + Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.

* + Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

+ Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar)

+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required. Can be substituted with real work experience.
