Permanent Hospital-Based Community Emergency Department Overview:
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician. Practice at a 302-bed, not-for-profit acute care facility. Community emergency medicine setting. Part of a large, integrated academic health system. Accredited by The Joint Commission. Broad range of services with modern medical technology. Employed position within a statewide health network.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive private-practice style compensation model. Employed within an academic-affiliated health system. Full-time schedule (40 hours weekly). Comprehensive benefits package (details available upon request). Academic health system support structure.
Requirements: MD or DO (or foreign equivalent). Completion of accredited Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine residency. Board Certified or Board Eligible through an ABMS-recognized board. Eligible for West Virginia medical license. All qualifications must be met by time of appointment.
