Loan Officer

Parkersburg Mancan is looking for a reliable and dependent Loan Manager. We have partnered with a great company in Parkersburg!

NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE
8a - 4:30p Monday – Friday
Must be able to work different shifts if required. Pay is $17.00-$18.00/hr based on experience.

• MUST HAVE LENDING EXPERIENCE
• MUST BE ABLE TO READ CREDIT REPORT AND ASSESS RISKS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answering multi-line phone systems
2. Process loans
3. Have great communication skills both written and verbal
4. Fluent in Microsoft Excel and Word
5. Other duties as assigned.
6. Run/read credit reports
7. Data entry

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills both written and verbal

• Ability to multi task and be detailed oriented

• Must be able to answer phones in a friendly demeanor

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)

• Minimum 1 year previous loan underwriting experience required
