📢 NOW HIRING: LOAN OFFICER Parkersburg Mancan is hiring a reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented Loan Manager for a great company in the Parkersburg area! If you have lending and loan underwriting experience and are comfortable evaluating credit and assessing risk, we want to hear from you! 💰 PAY & SCHEDULE Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Flexibility:
Must be willing to work different shifts when required. ⭐ REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Previous lending experience is REQUIRED. Minimum of 1 year of loan underwriting experience required. You must be comfortable reading and evaluating credit reports, assessing risk, and making informed lending decisions. 📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Answer and manage a multi-line phone system in a professional and friendly manner Process and manage loan applications Review and interpret credit reports Assess credit risk and assist with underwriting decisions Perform accurate and timely data entry Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasks Maintain accurate records and documentation Perform other duties as assigned ✅ QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year of previous loan underwriting experience Previous lending experience required Ability to read and interpret credit reports Strong understanding of credit risk assessment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Friendly and professional phone presence Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently 📍 READY FOR YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY?
