Evaluates and treats patients who have difficulty performing daily tasks due to physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial conditions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:Occupational Therapist License OR Occupational Therapist Temporary License through Maryland Board of Occupational Therapy Practice
Occupational Therapist through the Ohio Board of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Training
Occupational Therapist License OR Occupational Therapist Temporary License through Pennsylvania Department of State
Occupational Therapist License OR Occupational Therapist Limited Permit through West Virginia Board of Occupational Therapy
2. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
