Technical Consultant

• Lead onboarding engagements for RIAs and Broker Dealers using Advyzon's implementation methodology
• Serve as the primary consulting contact throughout the onboarding process, building trusted relationships with clients
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes, operational workflows, goals, and implementation priorities
• Configure platform settings and assist clients with system setup based on their business requirements
• Deliver virtual product demonstrations, training sessions, and workflow workshops that help clients become self-sufficient
• Monitor onboarding progress, proactively identify risks, and help keep projects on schedule
• Document client requirements, decisions, and implementation milestones throughout each engagement
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process into onboarding
• Work with Relationship Management and Support teams to facilitate a successful transition following onboarding completion
• Share client feedback, enhancement ideas, and recurring implementation trends with Product Management to help improve the platform
• Contribute to the improvement of onboarding documentation, implementation guides, training materials, and internal knowledge resources

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2-5 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation consulting, technical consulting, customer success, or a related client-facing role
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable learning new technology platforms and business processes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
• Preferred:
  Experience working with wealth management technology, fintech, or financial services;
  Knowledge of Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or Broker Dealer operations;
  Experience implementing SaaS software platforms;
  Familiarity with CRM systems, portfolio management software, reporting platforms, or financial planning technology;
  Experience delivering virtual client training or software implementations.

Demonstrates expertise in client onboarding and implementation consulting, with strong skills in project management, communication, and technical training. Familiarity with wealth management technology and SaaS platforms enhances the ability to deliver effective solutions and improve client satisfaction.
