Pay Rate:
Based on experience $16.00 - $24.00

Join a professional environment where youll play a key role in supporting daily IT operations and keeping systems running smoothly.

• Provide hands-on helpdesk support and first-level troubleshooting
• Set up and support PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Manage user accounts (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, email licenses)
• Assist with network connectivity, switches, VPN, DNS, and DHCP
• Support corporate applications and internal company tools
• Prepare IT equipment for new hires and deactivate accounts as needed.
• Maintain documentation for devices and IT policies
• Coordinate with vendors and collaborate with corporate IT teams
• Assist with cybersecurity practices including MFA and access controls

• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and basic Linux systems
• Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and user account management
• Strong troubleshooting and ticket management skills
• Understanding of basic cybersecurity and endpoint protection
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
