To support our expanding digital efforts, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist who will be instrumental in optimizing our marketing performance. This role will oversee the management of digital campaigns, ensure seamless marketing operations, and contribute to enhancing our online presence, ultimately strengthening our firm’s mission to provide outstanding service to our clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Revenue: Utilize marketing data analytics to identify opportunities for increasing revenue. Implement strategic marketing efforts to optimize key metrics that drive revenue such as number of leads, lead conversion rates, overall case quality, etc.
  • Develop and Monitor KPIs: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives, focusing on metrics such as cost per lead, lead source effectiveness, and overall return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze Marketing Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to understand performance trends. Evaluate metrics from Google pay-per-click, Google Local Service, and Google Display campaigns, etc., as well as assess the performance of marketing campaigns managed by different vendors.
  • Data-Driven Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing strategies informed by data-driven insights. Tailor campaigns to effectively target specific demographics, enhance client acquisition, and boost engagement. Continuously analyze the performance of various strategies, identifying which approaches are successful and which are not. Promptly pivot and refine strategies based on performance metrics to ensure time, budget, and efforts are optimally allocated to achieve the highest return on investment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure prompt and seamless implementation of all marketing initiatives across data collection, analysis, strategy development, and implementation. Foster a collaborative environment to drive cohesive and effective efforts.

    Collaboration:

    Partner with external marketing vendors to coordinate campaigns and projects. Regularly meet with vendors to monitor metrics, conduct strategy sessions to develop recommendations based on these metrics, and ensure that the recommendations are effectively implemented.
  • Lead Follow-Up Cadence: Create and maintain a structured process for following up with leads. Ensure timely and consistent communication to maximize lead conversion rates.
  • Drip Marketing: Design and manage email marketing drip campaigns. Segment email lists and tailor content to nurture leads and keep clients engaged.
  • Platform Assessment: Evaluate the firm's current marketing platforms to ensure they effectively track and analyze key metrics. Recommend and implement new platforms if necessary to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities.
