Roles & Responsibilities   Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Provide compassionate hands-on care while preserving patient dignity and comfort
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
Support safe mobility and fall prevention measures during daily care
Accurately document care delivered and communicate with nursing staff during handoffs
Maintain a clean, safe environment through infection control and proper equipment use
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans
Qualifications   Current CNA certification in good standing (required)
Completion of an accredited CNA training program
Ability to pass a facility background check and drug screen as required
Proof of required immunizations and health screenings per facility policy
Reliable, compassionate demeanor and ability to work long shifts
CPR/BLS certification is a plus
Education   High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA program
Knowledge & Skills   Skilled in patient personal care and assistance with ADLs
Knowledge of infection control best practices
Basic vital signs measurement and reporting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable with documentation and electronic charting workflows
Good time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
